“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Racing Green is one of those rare general contractors in LA that you can COMPLETELY trust to do great work in a timely manner. I hired them to renovate my home in Toluca Lake (after a former contractor walked off the job). Racing Green came in and picked up where the other group quit. They were extremely professional and great to work with. Some of the projects they completed for me were flooring, drywall, lighting, underpinning, and plumbing. They did a great job on everything and for a reasonable price. I am tremendously grateful for them coming in and saving the day. I have worked with them since and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend their services for any household renovation or construction projects you might need.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. “I met Eyal, as he the owner of Excel Construction LA Inc, and got a great service and value for money on my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. After a few months he did a change out to my A.C & Heating unit; which was done in a highly professional way. He took care of everything, gave me many options, and I only had to make the decisions. “We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes.
