“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. No issues or concerns about the home even after all these years. “It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! It's superior quality work, at not a penny more than the contracted price that was completed on time. My Home Builders is the best choice you can make for all your remodeling needs. “I recently had my kitchen/bathroom remodeled by regal. I have nothing but good things to say. They added an island to my kitchen and installed new counter top/cabinets. My house needed a lot of work because it was built in the sixties. I met with asaf and fell in love with the 3D design because it was my vision. He understood the modern approach I wanted for my kitchen and bath. He helped me chose the right tile and color scheme. Very nice crew and finished quickly.”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. “I met Eyal, as he the owner of Excel Construction LA Inc, and got a great service and value for money on my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. After a few months he did a change out to my A.C & Heating unit; which was done in a highly professional way. He took care of everything, gave me many options, and I only had to make the decisions. The work was done in high quality, and as a person who cares about the smallest details, I am very pleased. I highly recommend working with them, great service, good prices!”
