“I hired Wilson Homes to complete full interior and exterior renovation of an older home and had ambitious expectations on the timeline. They delivered in every aspect someone could expect. The trades and suppliers were very professional, clean, timely and cost effective while Wilson Homes was excellent at communicating schedule and progress. All changes encountered (as expected with a 50 year old home) were presented in a clear manner with expectations of costs and added value, which made decisions easy. “My husband and I hired Frame Bros in 2022, shortly after we moved into our home to design and develop our basement. I cannot not recommend them enough! Right from our initial consultation the level of professionalism and industry knowledge far exceeded other companies we had consulted with for the project. Brad was patient during the design process, he was able to offer his industry expertise, while listening to our long list of wants/needs, and designed us the perfect floor plan. Our basement is complete with a home theatre, beautifully designed millwork, a bar area/entertainment area, a full gym, two bathrooms and a bedroom. During the renovation process, his team was very respectful while on site, the project was always left clean at the end of each work day. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and done within the quoted budget. The outstanding workmanship, detail and level of care to execute our vision for this space, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Frame Bros. They will most definitely be building our next home for us!”

Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic. “We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”

“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. A really strong point in dealing with Align Development and Graham Torrie was that Graham really listened to us when we expressed our concerns or preferences. He was always considerate of the fact that doing a reno like this can be stressful and he went out of his way to put us at ease throughout the process. We very strongly endorse Align Developments (Graham Torrie) for any renovation project you may be planning. There is a level of integrity and expertise that Align Development offers make them a choice you will not regret.”
