“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

“Working with Rainier Custom Homes is a great pleasure. Their team is extremely creative, articulate, and well-vested in the happiness of their clients. What I enjoyed most was the collaborative process that their entire team was willing to participate in to make each phase of the project run smoothly and efficiently. I can't say enough about how well they communicate and meticulously pay attention to detail. And last but not least, they were extremely willing to follow my design plans! “I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”

“I used Blue Sound Construction for a kitchen renovation that took the original kitchen down to the studs and also moved a wall and a window, creating a dining room where our library used to be. Blue Sound Construction suggested design elements and worked with us every step of the way to create a space that did what we wanted it to. They worked through some big challenges -- such as a significantly sloping floor and ceiling -- to implement the vision. The result is beautiful, an open, airy, clean-looking space that is a cook's dream. Not only is the kitchen beautiful and functional, the whole main floor of the house looks open, airy and much larger than when we began. The flow of the floor works well and the rooms lead one into the other. I feel like our house has been transformed. Blue Sound Construction did a wonderful job. The project took longer than we had expected (or been told to expect) but the end result was completely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sound Construction to anyone else.”
