“Ilan and his team have completed 2 projects for me. The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“When you contact Platinum Touch, they will send people out who will be comfortable, concerned with your needs, and don’t make claims they cannot meet. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful.”

“If you are looking for great customer service (exceeding expectations in my experience), and high quality work being done on your place within or before a projected deadline, 123 remodeling is the company to go with and here are a few examples of why. After moving forward with 123, a project manager Ariel picked me up and helped me shop for both of my bathroom remodels, providing helpful advice based on his experience but still totally respecting my personal style. We found everything I needed within a couple hours and he was also able to get my an amazing discount on everything purchased. He then picked me up a second time to help me find tiles for my bathroom backsplash which was still unfinished from my previous nightmare remodeling experience even though 123 wasn't even contracted to work on my kitchen so this was extremely nice of him and definitely not in the contract. Aside from the project management, the actual worker bee was amazing. He showed up every single day out of about 30 work days except one 1 (because of car trouble) and worked straight from 8 to 4 (the hours my building allows you to work) barely breaking for lunch. When he did break though, he hung out with our Dog and was always very nice and loving to him which we appreciated :). His work was impeccable. There were a few things we added on at the end or asked to be changed that 123 did without adding any costs or giving us any grief. Yes, the project cost was expensive BUT I got quotes from 2 other companies that came in right at the same price or higher so 123 is definitely comparable to any other remodeling company that provides professional, high quality service and work. If your priority is having a positive, stress free remodeling experience, where you need some advice and help picking out material, go with 123. You will not regret it. I spent 9 months in a horrible kitchen remodeling nightmare because I tried to go with someone who could not be held accountable for failing to deliver on what we had discussed and I ended up spending twice as much in the end and having to wait 9 months for my kitchen to be finished. If I could go back, I would hire 123 again without a second thought. Could not recommend them more. Enjoy!”

“New Explode Construction Saved the Project! I don't write many reviews and did so this time because Sebastian Micle, Owner of New Explode Construction, went above and beyond the call of duty. I tried to save money on some electrical work as well as a kitchen & bathroom remodel. The original contractors made many mistakes and left the place a mess. I had a tight deadline and New Explode came in and fixed all the work and then proceeded to perform several other improvements to my condo. Sebastian stands apart from most of the contractors I have worked with because he has the highest integrity and will always give you a fair and honest assessment of the situation. More importantly, his word is his bond and he always stands behind his work. I give him my unconditional recommendation and will be using him for my projects in the future.
