He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. “We had a wonderful experience working with Hanson General Contacting on a kitchen renovation. This was the biggest construction project we had ever undertaken and we couldn’t be happier with our new space. Our home was built in 1879, and has great character as well as challenges. HGC gutted our old kitchen and removed an exterior wall to extend the footprint. They took care to salvage existing materials, such as the original doors that were repurposed in the project. They matched the historic details, such as crown molding and trim, and they found bricks that matched the original facade. They sourced reclaimed wood to match the existing hardwood floors and beams for the extension to match the existing beams. Hanson guided us through with the right blend of soliciting our input, and advising us based on their experience and respect for our budget. We now have an amazing space where our whole family spends so much more time together.”

“Santech construction was hired to undertake a major renovation of our property in Society Hill , Philadelphia . The scope of work involved a complete demolition of the interior of the house and a full renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new electrical , new plumbing , flooring, doors, staircase among others . Santech has exceeded our expectations . They were responsible, on time, profession and very respectful of our neighbors. The project took 9 months to complete and we really enjoyed working with Santech . They have a great attitude and work well with others . We would definitely recommend Santech to our friends and will be working with them again in the future.”

“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Hire Anthony, you'll be happy you did! (Yes I'm a real person and no I'm not a blood relative - have Anthony put me in touch with you if you need a reference)”

“Allan did an amazing job with our kitchen remodeling, which included demolition, addition of a large room, changing roof lines and some major internal changes in other areas. He would personally be on the job 6 days a week, and this entire effort (from demolition to a shell being ready) was completed in less than 10 weeks. In the meantime, he had built a temporary kitchen in our basement, and sealed off the area to prevent dust pollution. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough -- his costs were very reasonable (I shopped around), his workmanship is excellent, his team is very professional, highly ethical (no hidden charges or surprises) -- I've recommended Allan to many friends, and would not hesitate to hire him again.”
